Custom CSS

Your own CSS rules, applied across the whole store. Use it for small visual tweaks without editing theme files, which makes updating the theme later easier.

Where to find it: In the theme editor, click the gear icon (Theme settings) in the left sidebar, then open Custom CSS.

Settings

Add custom CSS CSS rules added on top of the theme's styles on every page. Use it for small visual tweaks, such as hiding an element or adjusting a spacing, without editing theme files.

Tips

  • Keep it small. Custom CSS is for small tweaks. For bigger changes, check whether a section or theme setting already does what you need.
  • Target narrowly. A broad rule like h2 { … } changes every heading in the store. Aim at the specific section or element you mean.
  • Note what each rule is for. Add a comment above each rule (/* hide vendor on cards */) so you or a developer know later what it does and why.
