Gift card page

The page a gift card recipient lands on, showing the code and QR code.

Where to find it: In the theme editor, choose this template from the page dropdown at the top of the screen. Template file: templates/gift_card.liquid.

Good for

  • Branding the page your gift card recipients land on
  • Giving recipients the code, a QR code for in-store use and a print button

Section settings

Gift card image The image for this block.

Appearance

Color scheme Sets the background, text, border and button colors for the section. Schemes are defined once in Theme settings → Colors and reused everywhere, so changing a scheme updates every section using it.

Spacing

Top and bottom spacing for desktop, with optional separate values for mobile. These are the same controls on every section. See Settings every section shares.

Tips

  • Upload a branded gift card image. Without one, a generic card illustration is shown.
  • Preview it with a real card. Issue yourself a small gift card in the admin (Products → Gift cards) and open the link in the email to see the page as recipients do.
  • Apple Wallet. The Add to Apple Wallet button appears automatically when Shopify offers a wallet pass for the card.
